Cutting-edge app launching for seamless communication and unmatched homeowner engagement

This winter we’re investing in a new release because owners need and want more from it, like a downloadable app with a chat function. It’s an ambitious undertaking for a small company like Pebbles but we’re committed always to meet and seek to exceed your expectations.

Imagine the functions you tend to use on an existing messaging app, like WhatsApp, and that sets the bar for us, at the lower end of our ambitions for the chat app: messaging 24/7, add a photo, add a video, etc. This alone will help us to offer you chat as a method of communication, within a professional setting by which all internal colleagues who require the information to provide excellent service to you, can have access when they need it. For our chat function we’re reaching further. Initially we will be offering multi-stream chats so that an owner might speak, for example, to Property Manager Emily about an upcoming stay, separately Accounts Office’s Carly about a recent estimate and separately Gardens Manager Reece about the seasonal planting.

Furthermore, we’re looking at how the words you bring into the chat can provide you access to answers faster, for example, you ask “is the tap fixed” and you are brought a list of maintenance events associated with the word “tap” presenting the latest updates.

Other functions will include a document library in which safety compliance documents will be stored, along with manuals for technology within your home, estimates for works, and so on. We’ll be writing to you again in the spring with full details of the launch.
