We launched our Safeguarding Programme at the beginning of June 2020. The welfare of our employees and contractors, our communities, our clients and their guests, is our priority.

The Programme accounts for up to date Government guidance and industry best practice. For our holiday let clients in particular it accounts also for recommendations made by their marketing agents. We review guidance ongoing.

With more than 15 years in property management, specialising in caring for holiday homes and private second homes in the South West, Pebbles founding offices are based in the popular holiday town of Salcombe in Devon, and opened in 2004. 

Having worked with clients in East Cornwall for a number of years, we decided to open a dedicated base in Downderry in 2019, in order to ensure we are able to continue delivering the standards of service that we pride ourselves on, including 24-hour responses for maintenance requirements for you and your guests and regular property checks when you’re away.

Sadly we also receive requests to provide help during more challenging times as well, such as following the loss of a loved one, leading to an empty property while you grieve or await probate. While we cannot take away the emotional strain of such situations, we can provide help, care and support to allow you to focus on other matters.
