For example, if you have an Aga there are only two specialists able to repair them in the South Hams area. So it’s almost impossible to get an engineer to attend in less than a couple of weeks.
When one client property found that their Electric Economy 7 Aga had gone cold, they contacted Pebbles’ 24-hour service on a Friday evening. A member of our in-house maintenance team went to the house to inspect the issue straight away.
Having run through the possible causes and ascertained it needed expert attention, we provided two stove top ovens and hot plates to use while Aga specialists were contacted.
Unable to attend over the weekend, they made a special visit to the property on the Monday to reset the Aga. When it failed again a week later, they again made a special effort to visit the property in record time, this time providing a definitive solution that would otherwise have taken more than two weeks to rectify.
